Beschreibung

• Own the roadmap across online ordering, restaurant marketing tools, and consumer insights • Define and defend prioritization using order frequency, reorder rate, campaign conversion, and diner lifetime value metrics • Build and evolve email, SMS, automated re-engagement, promotions, and loyalty tools • Develop the consumer insights layer, turning ordering behavior, campaign performance, and guest data into actionable operator insights • Connect ordering data with marketing improvements and use marketing results to improve ordering • Conduct interviews, operator feedback sessions, funnel analysis, and A/B tests • Write clear product requirements, PRDs, executive narratives, and requirements documents • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success • De-risk projects through staged rollouts, fallback plans, and limited blast radius

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–5 years as a Product Manager owning a consumer-facing or growth product • Demonstrated measurable results in revenue, conversion, or costs avoided • Experience managing multiple fast-moving product surfaces and making independent prioritization decisions • Proficiency with product and marketing analytics, including funnel analysis, cohort data, campaign performance, and A/B testing • Strong writing skills for PRDs, executive narratives, and requirements documents • Experience de-risking projects through staged rollouts, fallback plans, and blast-radius limitation • Restaurant experience is explicitly not required • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future • Preferred: background in e-commerce, growth marketing, CRM platforms, fintech, consumer apps, or another high-velocity consumer product • Preferred: experience with closed-loop behavioral data systems for personalization, segmentation, or re-engagement • Preferred: exposure to consumer data platforms, analytics dashboards, or non-technical insights tools • Preferred: experience in a B2B2C or dual-sided model • Preferred: benchmarking against leading consumer experiences
