Beschreibung

• Own strategy, discovery, and execution for HungerRush’s core POS platform • Strengthen the platform’s technical foundations so the team can build faster while maintaining reliability for thousands of live restaurants • Operate within HungerRush’s product operating model, working day-to-day with engineering and design • Use live usage data and business outcomes to solve customer pain points • Conduct continuous discovery through customer interviews and in-store observation • Balance speed and quality while ensuring execution excellence • Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for the core POS product • Balance platform modernization, pricing, packaging, investment priorities, and continued customer value • Partner with engineering on modernization, deprecation, and restructuring decisions • Develop deep understanding of restaurant operators’ and staff’s POS workflows • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Use customer insights and data to inform product decisions and sequencing • Prioritize features and platform work with stakeholders based on customer needs and business goals • Use AI tools for research synthesis, data analysis, specification writing, and prototyping • Identify opportunities for AI-powered POS capabilities such as transaction-level anomaly detection and automated operator recommendations • Own go-to-market for new POS capabilities, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on rollout timing • Partner with engineering leadership on architectural decisions and technical direction • Coordinate with product teams and departments in cross-team planning • Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to Product leadership, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success • Rally teams around the product vision and strategy

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the SaaS industry, preferably within restaurant Tech or POS domains • Extensive hands-on experience running customer interviews and discovery research • Deep empathy for users and ability to translate insights into product decisions • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices • Bias toward shipping small and validating quickly over “big bang” releases • Platform modernization experience, including evolving a legacy system into a modern, scalable architecture • Experience with the data foundation needed to support reliable reporting and future AI-driven capabilities • Understanding of sequencing modernization work based on business impact analysis • Proficient in setting measurable goals (OKRs, KPIs) • Skilled at using product analytics to drive decisions • Fluent with AI tools for research synthesis, spec generation, data analysis, and prototyping • Experience shipping AI-powered features in a live product • Proven ability to move between long-term platform strategy and hands-on delivery • Track record of shipping successful products • Sound commercial judgment on pricing and investment tradeoffs • Strong prioritization and product judgment • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to build trust and partnership with engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders • Skilled at articulating product value and positioning to internal and external stakeholders • Ability to align and inspire teams through significant technical change • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
