Beschreibung

• Assist client in IT ticket management • Assist client with working down helpdesk tickets for specific Epic application area • Provide production break/fix and maintenance support for designated applications • Participate in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and quality assurance • Field customer inquiries and attend meetings remotely, as necessary • Optimization and upgrade support for given applications, as needed • Update Client on project status • May assist with other tasks as needed and mutually agreed upon

🎯 Anforderungen

• Epic Professional Billing (PB) certification, additional Epic certifications a plus • A minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing Epic systems in hospitals and health systems • Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely • Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
