Beschreibung

• Serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at tactical and strategic levels • Participate in client-facing engagements through all project phases, from pursuit to delivery • Manage projects and conduct intensive data analysis to implement impactful recommendations • Contribute to overall practice development • Mentor Coachees when assigned • Perform general project and organizational administrative tasks • Lead and architect Workday CLM and Strategic Sourcing implementations • Work with business users to analyze requirements, design solutions, write functional specifications, conduct tests and troubleshoot issues

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and working with business users • MUST have experience leading and architecting Workday Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Strategic Sourcing implementations • Operational expertise in contracting, including contract authoring, negotiation workflows, approvals, renewals and compliance • Experience leading and architecting Workday Procurement, Supplier Accounts and Inventory is preferred • Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or hands-on experience with the application • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Engineering • 5+ years of experience leading project workstreams and client engagements with little to no supervision • Proven ability to mentor and develop junior consultants and build bench strength within a practice • Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking • Strong analytical skills, functional or technical knowledge, and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain results, risks and issues to internal teams and client leaders • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams
