Beschreibung

• Partner with hotel Directors of Finance and General Managers to support financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning. • Assist in resolving property-level control issues and ensuring compliance with internal policies and management agreements. • Conduct monthly financial reviews and trend analysis across assigned hotels. • Support the Regional Director of Finance and Operations leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. • Ensure adherence to Hyatt’s accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards. • Work closely with regional and corporate teams in finance, tax, legal, HR, and operations to address hotel-specific needs. • Contribute to talent development efforts by mentoring finance leaders and supporting succession planning initiatives.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or non-related field with appropriate experience • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive hotel finance experience, including property-level leadership roles. • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. • Ability to travel regionally as required (40%-50%).
