Beschreibung

• Leads the review, analysis, and evaluation of real estate appraisals and valuations • Assigns appraisal reviews to department staff and monitors workflow • Follows up on vendor prepared valuations, reconciling differences • Researches and maintains knowledge of residential real estate markets • Evaluates appraisals of particularly complex or unusual properties • Participates in Criticized Asset Reviews when appropriate • Assists loan officers and management in explaining valuation issues • Reviews content, market surveys, assumptions of appraisals • Solicits quotes from vendors for appraisal services

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience • 7+ Years of related experience • State Certified General Appraisers License and/or MAI designation • Expert knowledge of commercial real estate valuation methodology and techniques • In depth knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of commercial real estate valuation • Strong analytical and evaluative skills • Excellent interpersonal communications and negotiation skills • Strong leadership skills including the ability to coach and develop staff • Ability to manage workflow and adapt to changing conditions based on business objectives and priorities
