Beschreibung

• Oversee and manage distributor and customer relationships in the assigned region • Increase sales and profit margins in the assigned territory, focusing on growing end-user business • Implement HYDAC's corporate sales strategy and keep CRM data updated for assigned accounts • Communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management • Communicate new business opportunities to Product Managers for review as required • Review lost opportunities and provide feedback on pricing, product, service/support, and sales strategy • Submit monthly reports containing target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training • Provide HYDAC Corporate with status changes and forecast feedback at major OEM accounts • Ensure CRM data is accurate and current for the team • Set sales goals, including new business targets and objectives, and report progress • Develop and implement sales plans • Coordinate internal resources, such as Product Managers, to support the territory • Work with distributors to coordinate support for HYDAC products and solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate's degree (A.A.) required • Knowledge of hydraulics • 5+ years of proven successful outside sales experience of an engineered product • Technical capability to understand and recommend hydraulic circuits and solutions • Ability to develop value propositions for HYDAC products and solutions • Ability to develop and foster customer relationships • Strong interpersonal skills, including cross-functional relationship development • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business correspondence, reports, and presentations • Ability to develop and implement strategic direction • Ability to use the Internet, project management software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software • Demonstrated ability to grow sales in a designated territory • Strong project management skills • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close prospect accounts • Willingness to travel • Ability to work independently and set daily priorities and workload • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
