Beschreibung

• Supporting the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting • Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end processes • Prepare, review, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports • Generate month-end financial reports with supporting notes, variance analysis, and schedules • Prepare journal entries and maintain balance sheet reconciliations • Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities • Interface with sales to calculate sales commissions • Maintain accurate general ledger and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities • Process vendor payments including ACH, wire transfers, duty invoices, and year-end 1099 forms • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices • Mentor and develop the team • Support special projects and ad hoc reporting requests from management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent • 5+ years of accounting experience • 1-4 years Audit / public accounting experience is required • Strong working knowledge US GAAP accounting • Knowledge of purchase accounting is a plus • Experience with Great Plains software strongly preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
