Beschreibung

• Architect ICON’s expansion across the Greater Houston area • Serve as primary market strategist, positioning ICON’s proprietary technology with developers and institutional capital early in project idea development • Identify and penetrate market segments benefiting from ICON’s robotic speed, design freedom, and material durability • Lead the regional Go/No-Go process and vet opportunities against technical capabilities and Minimum Viable Project criteria • Cultivate relationships with developers, private equity investors, architects, and engineers • Own deals from initial visioning sessions through signed contract • Transition high-value accounts to Pre-Construction and Project Management teams • Educate stakeholders on robotics systems, ROI, sustainability, and de-risking benefits of automated construction • Conduct high-level financial and technical feasibility assessments • Lead negotiation of complex Design-Build agreements • Partner with regulatory teams and local Authorities Having Jurisdiction to navigate permitting hurdles • Collaborate with Marketing to differentiate ICON from traditional general contractors

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of high-performance experience in Business Development or Real Estate Development • Proven track record in a Design-Build, General Contractor, or real estate developer environment • Deep understanding of Greater Houston real estate fundamentals, including land use, regional construction costs, and the Greater Houston developer landscape • Ability to navigate technical discussions regarding robotics, architecture, and advanced material science • Day One rolodex of local developers, investors, and architectural influencers across the Greater Houston area • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools such as Claude and Gemini • Demonstrated ability to automate workflows and drive efficiency in a fast-paced deal environment
