Beschreibung

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts from intake through offer acceptance. • Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and project-based hiring demands. • Develop strategic sourcing plans for difficult-to-fill engineering and technical positions. • Build talent pipelines within Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Sustainability, Energy, and Building Systems disciplines. • Conduct candidate assessments evaluating technical expertise, project experience, certifications, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. • Perform market mapping and competitive intelligence analysis across engineering consulting firms. • Identify passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, industry associations, referrals, and targeted outreach. • Coordinate interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring process. • Advise stakeholders regarding compensation trends, labor market conditions, and candidate availability. • Maintain ATS and recruiting data while providing recruiting analytics and reporting.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within engineering consulting, architecture, construction, infrastructure, environmental consulting, or technical professional services environments. • Demonstrated success recruiting engineering and technical professionals from entry-level through executive leadership. • Understanding of MEP engineering disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Technology Systems. • Familiarity with professional licensing and certifications including PE, LEED AP, WELL AP, PMP, and related credentials. • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities. • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and modern recruiting technologies. • Excellent stakeholder management and consultative communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
