Beschreibung

• Support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records • Process vendor invoices, support accounts payable activities, and help ensure timely and accurate vendor payments • Record daily banking transactions and assist with cash management activities • Set up and maintain employee and subcontractor records within our accounting and timekeeping systems • Prepare, issue, and maintain subcontract purchase orders and related project tracking documentation • Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation • Assist with subcontractor accounting administration and compliance documentation • Support month-end close activities, 1099 preparation, reconciliations, and other accounting projects • Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Associate degree in Accounting with relevant experience will also be considered • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while remaining engaged and collaborative with the team • Must be available during Eastern Time business hours • GovCon experience is a plus, but not required • Experience with Unanet is a plus, but not required
