Beschreibung

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with business stakeholders (logistics, IT, supply chain) to understand pain points and translate them into SAP TM solutions • Solution Design & Configuration: Configure SAP TM modules for transportation planning, carrier selection, freight cost management, and settlement, aligning with best practices • Integration: Design interfaces and manage integration between SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA, SMC3, BN4L, P44 and external carrier/3PL systems • Functional Specifications: Create detailed documents for custom developments (enhancements, reports) for technical teams • Testing & Training: Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and develop/deliver end-user training • Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend continuous process improvements for efficiency • Project Management: Contribute to project plans, manage small-to-medium projects, and mentor teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes • Deep knowledge of SAP TM functionality and configuration • Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM • Analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders • SAP TMS certification is often preferred • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
