Beschreibung

• Own and execute the long-term product vision for the Unified Analytics/intelligence product area • Translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable, sequenced roadmap plans aligned with company objectives • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Product Owners as a hands-on player-coach • Lead continuous product discovery with Product Owners, UX, customers, and stakeholders • Build consensus on priorities through product execution and launch, including organizational and client communications • Partner with Engineering, UX, Go-to-Market, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope • Drive measurable outcomes including revenue growth, retention, adoption, and market expansion • Engage customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and validate product direction • Apply knowledge of data lake architecture, analytics, and reporting product patterns to product decisions • Drive commercialization strategy, including pricing, packaging, go-to-market enablement, and business case development • Advocate for scalable, product-first solutions over one-off customizations • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technology trends and report data-driven recommendations • Establish and enforce product management standards, governance, and operating practices • Provide strategic guidance to Product Managers and Product Owners • Travel to and present at tradeshows, industry or company events, and onsite meetings as required • Perform additional assigned duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience; advanced degree or certifications preferred • Extensive Product Manager or similar experience within a SaaS organization • Experience defining roadmaps and product initiatives, preferably in Public Sector, Healthcare, or GovTech • Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing Product Managers, Product Owners, or similar team members • Ability to decompose ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives into sequenced roadmaps with clear discovery and delivery boundaries • Expertise in continuous discovery and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions • Strong understanding and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management best practices • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to build quantitative business cases and financial models and execute ROI and commercialization strategies • Analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management skills • Time, organizational, and project management skills; ability to manage complex priorities • Ability to gather requirements, track and report progress or roadblocks, and coordinate across teams • Technical aptitude and knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM, and product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Dragonboat, WalkMe, Miro, and Confluence • Knowledge of technology and operational needs in EMS, Fire, and/or Hospital markets preferred • Ability to maintain discretion with proprietary and confidential information • Ability to travel as required, up to 25% • Must be eligible to work in the United States, as indicated by E-Verify participation
