Beschreibung

• Lead solutioning, planning, and execution of long-term technical strategy, translating business and clinical goals into organizational technical vision • Define architectural standards and drive long-term architectural strategy across the organization • Advise engineering leadership and executives, shaping strategy and presenting recommendations to VPs and the CTO • Explore early-stage ideas and proofs of concept to de-risk future initiatives • Coach and support the design and development of complex cross-team systems and products • Mentor senior and staff+ engineers • Drive technology-wide collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and craftsmanship practices • Drive innovation and successful delivery of complex, cross-organizational projects • Champion AI adoption across engineering and products • Advocate for engineers while aligning technical decisions with business priorities • Participate in an on-call rotation for production incidents • Translate complex technical concepts for clinical, product, business, and executive stakeholders • Partner cross-functionally to translate goals into technical architecture and requirements • Estimate technical scope and timelines for large, cross-team initiatives • Produce scalable, stable, efficient, maintainable, and extensible technical solutions • Shape the organization’s learning culture and long-term engineering process strategy • Demonstrate executive-level composure in high-stakes, ambiguous situations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep experience in systems, architecture, and design • Track record of setting technical strategy and aligning multiple engineering teams • Experience defining architectural standards and mentoring engineers • Deep understanding of front-end applications, APIs, and back-end services • Strong hands-on experience with React • Experience delivering mobile digital products to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store • React Native experience is a plus • Strong understanding of all layers of web and mobile solutions • Experience using AI as a transformative technology • Experience hosting application services on AWS • Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated industry • Strong collaboration and coaching skills, with demonstrated success developing engineers • Excellent communication skills, including translating technical ideas for non-technical and executive audiences • Comfort operating in ambiguity and exploring early-stage ideas without well-defined requirements • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation • Experience working in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment
