Beschreibung

• Set and own technical architecture and direction for client engagements spanning backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure • Guide scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and modern frontend architecture • Write code, prototype solutions, and unblock teams on complex technical problems • Establish engineering standards and lead architecture, design, and code reviews • Define best practices for AI-assisted development, agentic frameworks, and LLM integration • Evaluate, pilot, and scale AI tooling and agentic workflows across teams • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery strategy • Coach teams on breaking down initiatives and influence estimation, staffing, and risk assessment • Champion retrospectives and continuous improvement across teams • Serve as technical authority for delivery teams or accounts • Mentor Lead and Senior Engineers • Drive technical due diligence, feasibility assessments, solution architecture, hiring, and technical interviewing • Advise client executives on technology and AI strategy • Lead technical discovery, solutioning, pre-sales conversations, and executive presentations • Define engineering standards for quality, testing, security, performance, and AI-enabled development • Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and shared components • Represent Stride through thought leadership and translate emerging full-stack, cloud-native, and AI trends into practical guidance

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack, Backend, or Software Engineer, including significant senior, lead, or architect-level experience • Experience owning technical architecture and direction across multiple teams, products, or engagements • Deep expertise building scalable backend services and APIs with Java, Python, Ruby, Go, or similar technologies • Deep expertise developing modern frontend applications with React and/or NextJS • Extensive experience with relational and NoSQL databases, distributed systems, and scalable resilient architectures • Proven experience leading Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, and engineering best practices • Strong experience shaping Agile delivery environments using Scrum or Kanban at account or program level • Exceptional communication and executive presence, including advising CTO- or VP-level client leadership • Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar • Ability to evaluate, pilot, and drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and modern developer workflows • Experience integrating AI capabilities or LLM APIs into production applications • Experience mentoring and developing senior and lead-level engineers • U.S. work authorization required; candidates must answer whether they require employment visa sponsorship • Nice-to-have experience with production LLM systems, MCP, RAG, vector databases, event-driven or microservices systems, consulting, pre-sales, thought leadership, or engineering-practice development
