Beschreibung

• Work collaboratively with providers in contracted markets to increase safe days at home for medically complex children • Develop and manage long-term relationships with physicians and groups serving specialty populations • Represent Imagine Pediatrics as an ambassador in the assigned territory • Enroll eligible patients and families in Imagine Pediatrics' app-based care model • Manage provider relationships and drive engagement within the assigned territory or specialized population • Execute strategic initiatives, support providers, coordinate events, and address day-to-day operational needs • Act as the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations • Provide input on central engagement strategies based on on-the-ground experience • Independently handle day-to-day challenges and decision-making; work with the Director on broader systematic challenges • Work with providers, care teams, and local community organizations to drive brand recognition • Identify engagement opportunities by pulling data from Tableau to share with PCPs • Mentor and support new and associate-level team members • Meet and exceed established monthly engagement targets • Travel within the territory and market for team-member support and relationship building • Independently develop and maintain relationships with health plans

🎯 Anforderungen

• Passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care • Dynamic personality and a knack for developing good interpersonal relationships • Comfort with scientific terminology and ability to move seamlessly through hospitals, doctors' offices, and pharmacies • Familiarity with several types of providers, e.g., Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners • 6+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, or market development in a medical or healthcare field • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required • Access to reliable transportation • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred but not required • Pediatrics preferred, but not required • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred
