Beschreibung

• Design, implement, and maintain traditional and modern data infrastructures at staff level • Create scalable, efficient, and secure data solutions using relational databases, cloud technologies, and big data tools • Develop strategies for enterprise data integration, data quality, and optimized data access across cloud and on-premise systems • Work on moderate to complex projects to deliver data models, pipelines, and warehouses • Design, build, and extend platform capabilities for enterprise data governance • Build and maintain integrations across governance, data, analytics, AI, and operational platforms • Engineer metadata, lineage, observability, and catalog capabilities for the Enterprise Data Platform • Automate governance controls including ownership, certification, review workflows, policy enforcement, exception management, and audit evidence collection • Apply AI, LLM, and agentic technologies to metadata generation, glossary enrichment, classification, stewardship recommendations, data quality monitoring, and remediation • Establish engineering practices for trustworthy AI-enabled governance, including evaluation, quality measurement, monitoring, and continuous improvement • Deliver secure and governed platform services for analytics, AI agents, applications, and data products • Partner with architecture, governance, analytics, engineering, cybersecurity, and vendor teams across the platform lifecycle

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proficiency with SQL and traditional RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for data architecture and storage • Strong familiarity with Python and PySpark • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, or Databricks • Proficiency with Python, PySpark, or R programming • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and team collaboration • Proficiency in Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management philosophies and methodologies • Ability to apply management methodologies to data architecture projects • Ability to remain sitting or standing for long periods while working on a computer, telephone, or other equipment • Ability to comply with remote-work expectations regarding confidentiality, information security, work schedules, conflicts of interest, and company equipment
