Beschreibung

• Act as a trusted advisor to Finance and business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on leveraging Workday Financials and FDM to meet organizational goals • Conduct workshops and meetings to gather detailed requirements and understand business processes • Design and configure the FDM and other modules to support accurate financial reporting and analysis • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and business objectives • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across integrated systems • Stay current with Workday updates and releases, assessing their impact and advising on necessary adjustments • Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhanced system functionality • Lead initiatives to improve financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency • Oversee Workday Financials and FDM implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget • Develop and communicate project plans, timelines, and status reports to stakeholders.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience with Workday Financials implementation and support • Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Business Assets, Procurement and Banking and Settlement • Expertise in FDM configuration and management • Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies • Workday certification in Workday FDM and/or other Financials modules preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
