Beschreibung

• Own the full product lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production across the agent-building experience, user workspace, and agent-generated applications • Design and build the agent runtime pipeline that turns plain-language descriptions into reliable agents • Build the workspace where users understand, direct, and trust their agents • Build infrastructure enabling agents to create usable trackers, dashboards, and tools • Own production reliability, including evaluations, error handling, and systems for dependable agent output • Own the technical roadmap across agent runtime, workspace/applications, and reliability • Make architecture decisions involving speed, reliability, cost, build versus buy, and human versus AI responsibilities • Ship working prototypes quickly and harden validated features for production • Use specialized AI agents to accelerate implementation • Recruit and shape the early engineering team • Work directly with the GM and contribute strong product and UX opinions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Track record of shipping production software, ideally with founding or early-engineer experience at a product-led startup • Strong TypeScript across the full stack • Some Go experience where appropriate • Depth in at least one of: LLM application design and production AI reliability; real-time data infrastructure; or developer-facing products and internal tooling • Strong product instincts connecting technical choices to user outcomes and business impact • Ability to prototype quickly, then harden features with tests, edge cases, and reliability improvements • Genuine interest in messaging applications and productivity, or AI messaging applications and AI • Ability to defend technical positions and change direction when evidence shifts • Clear technical writing and communication • Comfort with ambiguity and problems without textbook answers • Ability to leverage AI agents as a force multiplier • Care for craft while shipping effectively • Experience with AI products, productivity tools, or chat applications is a bonus • Experience building consumer-facing productivity or messaging applications is a bonus • Understanding of AI and productivity product quality and competitive landscapes is a bonus • Experience with LLM evaluations, hallucination mitigation, or production AI reliability at scale is a bonus • Experience with real-time streaming architectures and event-driven systems is a bonus • Public portfolio, open-source work, papers, blog posts, or side projects is a bonus • Comfort working across the stack from backend services through frontend UX is a bonus
