Beschreibung

• Support customer success end-to-end by running the full account cadence, tracking account health, and clearing risks and blockers • Build trusted relationships across customer organizations, from control room operators to plant and corporate leadership • Lead the full project lifecycle, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, team coordination, milestone tracking, and commissioning • Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation plans • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams through influence and credibility • Maintain the value of deployed solutions as customer processes and economics evolve • Identify new opportunities across customer sites • Communicate Imubit’s capabilities and limitations from the control room to the C-suite • Channel field insights back to shape the product roadmap

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience in cement or a comparable heavy industrial process environment • Cement experience and exposure to advanced process control strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience in program or project management in a manufacturing or industrial setting, plant or process engineering with a customer-facing or consulting component, or technical account management/customer success with industrial software or technology • Experience working cross-functionally across operations, engineering, and commercial teams • Comfortable presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders • Understanding of cement or comparable heavy industrial processes, control systems, and optimization concepts • Skilled at aligning stakeholders without formal authority • Clear, concise, and confident written and verbal communication • BSc in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience • No visa sponsorship is available for this position
