Beschreibung

• Manage daily operations in the international department • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and security of criminal record searches, employment and education verifications, and other services • Process client requests, including manual entry of requests • Track delayed orders and adhere to custom client requirements • Perform research to process customer orders thoroughly and efficiently • Protect proprietary information and maintain client confidence • Communicate timely updates and results according to company and client expectations • Apply knowledge of products, services, and workflows to process orders according to policy and procedure • Communicate with vendors to establish lasting relationships • Update searches with required details within required time frames

🎯 Anforderungen

• Detail-oriented, with good written and oral communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Flexible and able to multitask • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate or higher Excel proficiency • Ability to identify, assess, and solve problems and communicate results • Experience with process workflow design and creating standard operating procedures • Basic knowledge of data structures • Ability to work indoors at a desk for extended periods • Ability to comprehend and follow work instructions in a fast-paced, team environment • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and work well as a team player • Ability to work occasional overtime when requested
