Beschreibung

• Design, implement, and govern enterprise accessibility solutions supporting the customer’s Digital Accessibility Program • Develop and maintain enterprise accessibility architecture aligned with Section 508 requirements and WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards • Design scalable accessibility solutions across websites, applications, documents, and digital services • Provide strategic recommendations for accessibility governance, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend accessibility-focused solutions • Advise stakeholders on accessibility risks, compliance gaps, and remediation strategies • Support accessibility maturity assessments and strategic roadmap development • Provide architectural oversight for accessibility scanning and monitoring platforms • Lead automated accessibility testing process design and optimization • Collaborate with accessibility testing teams to validate scan findings and calibration methodologies • Design and improve customer-facing accessibility support services and workflows • Provide technical guidance on ICT testing, accessibility reviews, remediation approaches, and conformance requirements • Support development of accessibility knowledge bases, user guides, and technical guidance documents • Assist in establishing service delivery standards and operational processes • Develop data-driven approaches for measuring program effectiveness and compliance trends • Leverage analytics, AI/ML, and predictive modeling to identify accessibility issues, service demand patterns, and improvement opportunities • Provide expert guidance on remediation strategies for web applications, software, electronic documents, multimedia, and other ICT products • Serve as a trusted advisor to program and project teams throughout the system development lifecycle • Facilitate discussions regarding accessibility strategies, priorities, risks, and enterprise initiatives • Present technical recommendations and solution roadmaps to executive leadership • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of IT architecture, systems engineering, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation experience • 5+ years supporting federal government programs • 5+ years of experience working with Section 508 compliance and digital accessibility programs • Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise accessibility solutions across websites, applications, and digital content • Experience supporting large-scale federal organizations and multi-stakeholder environments • Strong knowledge of Section 508 requirements • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards • Strong knowledge of accessibility testing methodologies • Strong knowledge of ICT accessibility remediation • Strong knowledge of accessibility conformance reporting • Strong knowledge of accessibility governance frameworks • Experience with automated accessibility testing and scanning tools • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics • Knowledge of cloud-based architectures and modern digital service delivery models • Enterprise architecture and solution design experience • Strategic planning and roadmap development experience • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust • Active Public Trust preferred • Prior, successful experience working in a remote environment preferred
