Beschreibung

• Own and direct the roadmap for the connectivity pillar, including EHR integrations, payer connectivity, and document exchange • Set priorities and hold engineering, interface/integrations, and support teams accountable to roadmap commitments • Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and align Sales on capabilities, supported EHRs, payers, and specialties • Serve as executive product owner for customer-facing connectivity outcomes • Meet customers and implementation leadership to surface issues, shape solutions, and translate requirements into roadmap commitments • Direct internal and customer-facing training, enablement, and documentation • Set technical and product standards for X12 278, FHIR API, CDS Hooks, and Da Vinci IG interfaces across EHRs including Epic and Cerner • Define payer connectivity and prior authorization submission pathway strategy • Standardize customer integrations toward centralized, configurable platform features • Own the product’s standing within the Epic App Market and equivalent partner ecosystems • Direct interface/integrations engineering priorities and backlog, partnering on staffing, sequencing, and delivery • Partner with Support and platform/interoperability engineering on monitoring and operational readiness • Coordinate go-to-market plans with Product Marketing and Sales • Own product documentation, implementation guides, and success criteria for testing, beta programs, and product acceptance • Use database queries and product analytics to evaluate payer submission performance, run experiments, and report outcomes to leadership • Track interoperability standards and prior authorization technology trends

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience implementing and supporting prior authorization automation solutions for provider health systems • Background in prior authorization, revenue cycle, or payer connectivity • 3+ years in software product management with end-to-end roadmap ownership and direct accountability for cross-team execution • Hands-on experience with Epic prior authorization integrations, including X12 278 • Working command of FHIR, CDS Hooks, and Da Vinci implementation guides • Track record of directing or closely partnering with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver product outcomes • Experience presenting to customers, leadership, and partners as the executive-facing owner of a technical domain • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong project and time management across concurrent workstreams • Experience with Cerner Millennium or other EHRs such as Allscripts, Athena, ModMed, or eCW is preferred • Experience building or directing integrations between Epic and third-party products is preferred • Startup experience and comfort with ownership and ambiguity are preferred • Product management training or certification is preferred
