Beschreibung

• Design, build, and ship complex full-stack features across Python backend services, APIs, RPA/automation workflows, and browser-extension UI/automation • Build and extend Chrome extensions with content scripts, background/service-worker logic, side-panel UI, and DOM tools • Own automation and product components end to end from requirements clarification through production delivery • Analyze business and clinical/RCM processes and translate them into robust automation workflows • Integrate extension clients with backend orchestration over HTTP and WebSockets • Contribute to technical design decisions for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability • Reinforce engineering best practices across the SDLC, including code quality, testing, security, observability, and operational excellence • Build resilient, well-tested services and interfaces integrating with products and external healthcare systems such as EHRs and claims platforms • Ensure compliance with healthcare and data-protection requirements including HIPAA and GDPR • Debug, profile, and harden production systems and deployed automations • Mentor engineers through design discussions, pairing, and code review • Partner with product, clinical, RCM, and engineering stakeholders to deliver technically sound solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5–8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of personally building and shipping production systems • Deep, current, hands-on Python expertise for backend services and automation • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience, including modern state management such as Redux Toolkit and component-driven UI • Experience building browser extensions, preferably Chrome MV3 • Hands-on DOM/browser automation skills, including CSS selectors, iframes, event simulation, and debugging automation against real web apps • Strong software design skills across backend services, APIs, WebSockets, and user-facing application layers • Experience building or integrating RPA/workflow automation solutions • Experience integrating third-party systems, databases, and distributed services in production environments • Hands-on experience operating production systems, including CI/CD, monitoring, performance tuning, and incident troubleshooting • Familiarity with healthcare data and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and GDPR, or ability to ramp quickly on a regulated domain • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication • Solid experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with Docker; Kubernetes familiarity is a plus • Preferred: healthcare RCM or EHR-adjacent automation experience • Preferred: healthcare data standards such as FHIR and HL7 and systems such as athenahealth or similar EHRs • Preferred: WXT/Vite-based extension builds, Tailwind CSS, and React Router • Preferred: AI/ML-assisted automation • Preferred: event-driven or async Python systems • Preferred: production bot monitoring/reliability practices and selector resilience • Preferred: MongoDB, Redis, and pytest or equivalent • Newly hired employees based out of the U.S. must meet employment eligibility requirements verified through E-Verify
