Beschreibung

• Support customers, distributors and sales teams across the APAC region • Investigate field challenges and recommend practical, technically sound solutions • Involve species leaders or other experts when needed • Participate in customer meetings, farm visits, technical training and industry events • Explain complex technical information to technical and commercial audiences • Design and support field trials, technical evaluations and biomonitoring projects • Define project objectives, protocols and success criteria • Interpret technical and performance data and communicate conclusions clearly • Turn project results into recommendations, case studies and internal knowledge • Strengthen product positioning by connecting scientific evidence with customer needs • Help sales teams communicate the value of Innovad Group's solutions beyond price • Support strategic customers, product launches and regional commercial opportunities • Identify needs for further evidence, expertise or different technical approaches • Build relationships with universities, key opinion leaders and technical partners • Identify research, collaboration and evidence-generation opportunities • Collaborate with local teams, species leaders, marketing, product management, R&D and colleagues in other regions • Encourage information, experience and technical insight sharing across APAC and the wider organisation • Strengthen Innovad Group's credibility with customers through relevant technical projects • Communicate the technical and practical benefits of Innovad Group's solutions • Establish credibility with local teams and encourage open regional information sharing • Connect APAC with species leaders, technical experts and colleagues globally

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong technical knowledge in animal nutrition, animal health, veterinary science or a related field • Scientific credibility combined with practical thinking and commercial awareness • Curiosity and willingness to challenge established approaches • Confidence to take initiative while remaining focused on company priorities • Cultural adaptability for work across Asia • Collaborative, humble, positive and energetic approach • Ability to listen, build trust and communicate effectively across different markets
