Beschreibung

• Define and drive the enterprise-wide technical product strategy for Tax Reporting solutions • Lead development of scalable tax management platforms integrating with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, and cloud platforms • Validate, architect, and execute the long-term product roadmap and portfolio strategy • Build strategic partnerships with customers, tax advisory partners, regulatory bodies, technology providers, consulting firms, and internal business units • Optimize packaging, pricing, feature development, and market enablement to maximize commercial value • Define the AI-native Tax Reporting roadmap and partner on trustworthy AI-assisted tax workflows • Own portfolio business performance, including bookings, ARR, margin, gross retention, and net expansion • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on positioning, pricing, value articulation, launches, and customer education • Drive delivery of complex market and enterprise customer requirements and major release milestones • Improve customer experiences across the tax management lifecycle and lead enterprise customer escalations • Develop market intelligence on customer usage, competition, and global tax management trends • Serve as a thought leader through conferences, webinars, regulatory panels, advisory boards, and executive briefings • Execute win/loss analysis and customer feedback programs • Monitor global tax regulatory and compliance changes and maintain product leadership across jurisdictions • Act as internal product evangelist and external market authority • Track AI-driven disruption in tax technology and translate implications into product strategy

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep expertise in enterprise tax management software, tax provisioning processes, and global tax compliance requirements • Extensive experience with tax reporting platforms and enterprise data consolidation technologies • Strong understanding of global tax regulations, accounting and tax principles (ASC and IFRS), and multinational tax compliance • Applied AI/GenAI tools to accelerate tax or finance workflows and led at least one AI-enabled capability to market • Experience with enterprise software architectures and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP • Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise-grade security frameworks desirable • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software Product Management • At least 5 years in senior leadership roles focused on financial, tax, or compliance management solutions • Proven ability to bridge technical and business requirements and drive measurable enterprise value and ROI • Extensive SaaS/cloud-based product leadership experience, including financial data analytics, reporting, and enterprise integrations • Strong P&L ownership mindset and strategic product investment decision-making • Experience engaging C-suite executives, tax directors, and enterprise IT leadership • Expertise in enterprise pricing strategy, value-based pricing, and competitive positioning • Track record managing bookings, ARR, net expansion, gross retention, and customer lifetime value • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional organizations without formal authority • 5+ years building, managing, and developing high-performing product management and technical teams • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including presenting to boards, C-suite executives, and industry analysts • Ability to balance competing enterprise priorities and make critical strategic decisions under pressure • Experience partnering with Product Marketing leadership to commercialize complex enterprise offerings • Experience leading UX and design organizations • Ability to drive execution across global Development, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success organizations • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field • Comfortable with 25-35% executive travel for customer meetings, industry events, and team leadership • Background checks are required for employment where permitted by country, state/province
