Beschreibung

• Oversee end-to-end management of assigned products, services, and programs • Manage products or functions to support business strategy and customer needs • Drive product innovation through customer insights and improve customer experience • Account for business results, product sales, acquisition, volume targets, and P&L impact • Develop and implement products, policies, procedures, training, enhancements, and irritant reduction initiatives • Serve as subject matter expert for product-related inquiries and support senior management presentations • Lead business plans, forecasts, product reviews, strategic reviews, and growth initiatives • Analyze customer, market, industry, and competitor trends using research, focus groups, and secondary research • Facilitate ideation and problem-solving sessions with partners and vendors • Build business cases for new product development and strategic initiatives • Maintain relationships with sales distribution, internal stakeholders, external partners, and distribution channel owners • Design end-to-end processes for product development, implementation, reporting, and feedback • Manage product features, enhancements, pricing, margin, volume, acquisition, retention, engagement, and market share • Establish product policies and processes aligned with risk appetite and regulatory requirements • Coordinate product deliverables within budget and approved product plan • Champion annual business planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting • Collaborate with IT, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, and external service providers • Identify and manage market, credit, and operational risks • Contribute to team development, knowledge transfer, mentorship, and productive stakeholder relationships

🎯 Anforderungen

• Undergraduate degree or product management certificate and/or 7+ years of relevant experience • Previous product experience typically required • Advanced knowledge of product research, product analysis and development, forecasting, pricing, and competitive intelligence • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends • Ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program/project activities • Ability to forecast and contribute to strategic product-management direction • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing • Ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams and functions • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Sound judgment and decision-making ability • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines • Skill in preparing and managing budgets and P&L • Knowledge of analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques • Proficiency with computer applications including MS Office • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly • Preferred: project management experience • Preferred: ability to work cross-functionally • Preferred: existing customer credit card experience • Preferred: strong relationship management experience • Occasional domestic travel required; international travel never • Continuous sedentary work, multitasking, office-equipment operation, concentration, reading/writing/comprehension, and basic arithmetic
