Beschreibung

• Own the end-to-end product journey for global institutional clients across Institutional Lending, OTC Trading, and Portfolio & Risk Workflows • Translate complex financial logic into intuitive, secure, enterprise-grade user experiences • Own the product lifecycle for institutional financing, including margin lending, collateral management, LTV monitoring, and interest rate workflows • Design OTC/RFQ trading workflows, client quote interfaces, and post-trade confirmation processes • Define balance controls, alerts, and user-facing risk dashboards with risk teams • Design Web/Portal interfaces for institutional traders, operations teams, and fund managers • Architect multi-entity sub-account structures, RBAC, multi-signature/approval policies, and security settings • Improve API documentation, SDKs, FIX/WebSocket connection onboarding, and reporting/statement generation • Streamline client onboarding/KYB setup, daily fund operations, balance management, and account reconciliation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech, Digital Assets, SaaS, or Institutional Financial Services • Strong baseline in core financial products, specifically Institutional Lending, Margin, OTC Trading, or Enterprise Risk Dashboards • Proven track record designing complex B2B/institutional platforms • Deep emphasis on usability, account hierarchies, approval workflows, and clean data visualization • Outstanding skills in workflow design, wireframing, API usability, and gathering feedback from institutional clients or coverage teams • Familiarity with crypto market dynamics, MPC custody workflows, or digital asset lending protocols (nice-to-have) • Experience using AI/LLMs for client interaction, operational/risk workflow automation, or product development velocity (nice-to-have)
