Beschreibung

• Lead end-to-end project management for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, from concept development through product launch and post-launch support • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical paths • Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams • Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, stage-gate reviews, and executive status updates • Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to minimize schedule, cost, and quality impacts • Monitor project progress against key deliverables and escalate issues appropriately to leadership • Coordinate launch readiness activities for successful product commercialization • Support portfolio planning, resource allocation, and prioritization within Product Development • Establish and improve project management processes, tools, templates, and governance practices • Prepare executive-level reporting and communications for leadership stakeholders • Manage special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the Chief Product Development Officer

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business, Product Development, or a related field • 10+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics, medical devices, wellness technology, consumer products, or a related industry • Demonstrated experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) or product development programs • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, stage-gate processes, and commercialization activities • Exceptional organizational, planning, and execution skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities • PMP certification preferred but not required • Experience within a high-growth consumer technology, health technology, or wellness brand strongly preferred
