Beschreibung

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s agent ecosystem products • Define how agents discover, access, and safely use Vanta capabilities, partnering with platform teams owning APIs and authentication • Ensure work customers can complete in Vanta is also possible through MCP, CLI, and plugin surfaces • Lead marketplace and plugin launches across product, engineering, legal, security, and go-to-market • Partner with engineering and design to ship secure, reliable developer products • Build developer-facing marketing through external agent documentation and customer stories • Partner with product partnerships and alliances on co-marketing with agent platforms such as Anthropic and OpenAI • Monitor the agent ecosystem and position Vanta within key technology stacks • Define adoption and quality metrics and use customer and product data to prioritize

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience taking products from strategy through shipped outcomes • Experience shipping developer-facing or programmatic products, including APIs, integrations, plugins, SDKs, or CLI tools • Comfort treating MCP, CLI, and plugins as product surfaces • Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and developer tools • Hands-on experience building with AI and agent tools • Experience taking complex products or partnerships from strategy through launch • Ability to connect ecosystem opportunities to customer problems and product outcomes • Experience building relationships with technology platforms, AI companies, developer communities, or enterprise customers • Experience leading cross-functional work across product, engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, legal, and go-to-market • Strong written and verbal communication • Sound judgment in ambiguous environments • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly
