Beschreibung

• Own new product initiatives from conception through market launch, exceeding customer expectations and driving business growth • Develop product plans, specifications, and user stories for features and enhancements • Execute the product roadmap collaboratively with product leadership and teams • Collaborate with UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences • Partner with engineering teams to craft usable experiences and effective solutions • Represent the customer voice and translate customer and business needs into specifications, business rules, flows, and use cases • Join customer calls to understand needs and pain points • Analyze data and customer feedback to identify problems, measure results, and prioritize opportunities • Slice user stories, define acceptance criteria, and work iteratively with engineers • Optimize the backlog, anticipate bottlenecks, and align projects with business needs and long-term goals • Support product acceptance testing with QA, engineers, and customers • Drive zero-to-one product launches and contribute to go-to-market materials • Educate the organization about the product area and build internal advocacy

🎯 Anforderungen

• B.S. or M.S. in business, accounting, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field; comparable certifications; or equivalent direct work experience • 5+ years of experience in product management in SaaS • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and the software development life cycle • Creative problem-solving and innovative mindset • Adaptability and flexibility with changing priorities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills • Data-driven decision-making • Experience with Agile/lean delivery frameworks • Passion for driving efficiency and quality metrics • Ability to travel as business needs dictate, including to the Salt Lake City headquarters, customer/prospect visits, and conferences throughout the US and Canada • Experience delivering software related to the legal industry/depositions is welcomed but not required
