Beschreibung

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the intelligent automation portfolio spanning AI-enabled solutions and robotic process automation (RPA) • Partner with clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities • Translate automation opportunities into a prioritized backlog and drive delivery through agile teams and vendor partners • Manage the full product lifecycle from opportunity discovery and business case development through build, deployment, adoption, and value realization • Develop and maintain product documentation, communication and training materials, business requirements, and user stories • Monitor vendor performance and adherence to SLAs and contractual commitments • Collaborate with vendors on platform enhancements, integrations, and solution designs • Support the intelligent automation governance model and adoption • Manage vendor product lifecycles from inception to retirement • Coordinate product rollouts and new implementations with development and business teams • Support user acceptance testing and validation for iterative technology releases • Understand stakeholder business problems, processes, requirements, and feedback across departments • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, executives, and team members • Lead user groups to facilitate best practices and knowledge sharing • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer needs • Prioritize features and improvements based on business value and customer impact • Write requirements and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria • Conduct market and competitive analysis and use data-driven insights for platform decisions • Use Agile methodologies to manage product development cycles • Provide estimates, partner with project managers on timelines and resource needs, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement • Identify and mitigate vendor-product risks and develop contingency plans • Act as the voice of the customer and ensure exceptional user experiences • Analyze reported issues to determine root cause • May provide Tier II application support to users

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field • Strong background with product governance and AI • Process- and data-driven mindset; ability to work across multiple departments on complex solutions • Experience managing an Agile development team and leading iterative technology releases • Experience supporting product adoption through communication, training, and iterative improvements • Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills • Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements, workflows, wireframes, and/or data models • Strategic thinking and a track record of creative problem-solving • Alignment with Sound’s mission, vision, and core values • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization • Familiarity with the hospital medicine industry and Sound Physicians’ mission is a plus • Demonstrated experience in AI adoption and governance • 4 years writing business requirements, user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation • Experience implementing backed agentic AI functionality • Experience leading projects and iterative technology development
