Beschreibung

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Avandra’s Enterprise Imaging portfolio • Define and prioritize digital image exchange initiatives while strengthening physical media solutions • Develop products that simplify image exchange among providers, patients, and healthcare organizations • Identify market opportunities and customer needs • Lead products from concept through launch with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and executive leadership • Write product requirements and user stories • Balance customer requests, technical constraints, and business priorities in roadmap decisions • Partner with engineering to ensure delivery and product quality • Meet with health systems, imaging centers, and strategic partners to understand workflows and market needs • Gather feedback through interviews, demonstrations, and beta programs • Monitor competitors and industry trends • Represent Avandra at customer meetings and industry conferences • Develop capabilities supporting participation in Avandra’s imaging data network • Collaborate cross-functionally on clinical and data-driven use cases • Identify platform capabilities benefiting providers, researchers, and life sciences organizations • Develop positioning, messaging, pricing support, and go-to-market plans • Support enablement, documentation, training, and launch readiness • Define success metrics and measure adoption and customer satisfaction • Launch digital image exchange capabilities, deliver the product roadmap, increase platform adoption, improve workflows, and strengthen Avandra’s imaging infrastructure position

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience • Experience building enterprise healthcare software products • Strong understanding of enterprise imaging workflows, including PACS, VNA, DICOM, and image exchange • Experience leading products from concept through commercial launch • Ability to translate complex customer workflows into intuitive software solutions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile development environments • Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: experience with healthcare interoperability technologies including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR • Preferred: experience in cloud-based SaaS healthcare platforms • Preferred: familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements • Preferred: experience working directly with radiology departments, imaging centers, or health systems
