Beschreibung

• Lead the success and development of one or more large products or a product area, managing multiple projects simultaneously • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility • Communicate timelines and trade-offs to senior leadership • Review and provide constructive feedback on product requirements • Oversee A/B testing across the team • Identify opportunities for user research and guide collaboration with UX • Establish complementary KPIs, accurate tracking, and data-driven insights • Collaborate with senior product team members to maintain product roadmaps aligned with business strategies and KPIs • Identify and recruit high-performing product team members • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7 to 10 years in product management or equivalent roles • Experience managing a team • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills • Expertise in A/B testing • Expertise in qualitative research methodologies • Expertise in data analysis • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to influence stakeholders across various levels • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred • Must meet company’s requirements for employment • Ability to perform prolonged periods of sitting and computer work • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling office equipment • Ability to use a computer monitor and read small text for extended periods • Ability to lift or carry light objects, typically up to 10–15 lbs • Clear verbal communication for phone calls and meetings • Ability to focus in an open office environment or while using noise-canceling devices • Minimal travel, if applicable
