Beschreibung

• Work with real users from day one and iterate quickly through short feedback loops • Serve as the connective tissue between GTM and engineering teams • Navigate ambiguity and make high-impact decisions to ship polished features quickly • Translate industry knowledge into clean, scalable UX that reduces manual effort • Partner with engineering teams to layer intelligence into workflow steps • Measure adoption, usage, and impact, and iterate based on results • Partner with GTM teams on pilot deployments, beta releases, and expansion into new lines • Translate commercial needs into product requirements and vice versa

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS • Experience in insurtech, fintech, or enterprise workflow software strongly preferred • Hands-on experience working with engineering teams building AI products • Comfortable discussing AI output evaluation and designing features that build trust in AI recommendations • Habitual, fluent use of AI tools for research, writing, and synthesis • Strong product writing and ability to communicate product rationale clearly in documentation, Slack, and discussions with enterprise buyers • Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex processes • Clear communication, fast execution, and strong cross-functional collaboration • Comfortable talking to users, understanding real-world pain, and designing solutions • Direct experience at or closely with a retail broker, wholesaler, or MGA is a bonus • Familiarity with commercial P&C lines or Employee Benefits is a bonus • Experience building document-processing or workflow automation tools is a bonus • Comfort with SQL or basic data analysis is a bonus • Prior Series A–C startup experience is a bonus
