Beschreibung

• Lead cross-functional initiatives through influence and structured planning • Drive product line growth and profitability throughout the product lifecycle • Manage product line performance, including revenue and margin • Apply 8020 principles to optimize product offerings and manage lifecycle complexity • Develop, execute, and maintain product line strategies, product plans, and roadmaps based on market insights • Define, launch, and track all new product offerings • Create and implement product line marketing plans • Lead and oversee the product development process • Participate in setting overall business strategic direction • Participate in executing overall business strategy • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams • Experience utilizing strategic marketing tools and frameworks • Demonstrated product management experience • Track record of successfully implementing large projects or process improvements • Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting • Twelve+ years in product management, with strong consideration for candidates within the fire industry • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience • Ability to sit and stand regularly • Ability to climb or balance occasionally and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, or over 20 pounds with assistance • Close vision and ability to adjust focus • Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
