Beschreibung

• Help define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s core endpoint management capabilities • Contribute to and own key parts of the core platform roadmap • Evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and make trade-offs to maximize customer and business value • Drive product direction for automations, policies, agent behavior, configuration models, and foundational platform capabilities • Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and other stakeholders from concept through delivery • Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to understand endpoint management use cases • Translate customer and market insights into product improvements and new capabilities • Write product requirements and define workflows and edge cases • Ensure features are delivered to a high standard and iterate using feedback and usage data • Ensure platform capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne and enable other product areas

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles, such as IT helpdesk, MSP, or internal IT • 2+ years of Product Management experience in an RMM/Endpoint Management role • Background in system administration, including Windows, macOS, or Linux administration • Experience with endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting • Experience in MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-focused roles • Deep understanding of real-world endpoint management by IT teams • Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical concepts without writing production code • Proven ability to take product features from idea to delivery and iterate based on customer feedback • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Data-informed decision-making ability balancing customer needs, product quality, and business priorities • Ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority • Must be able to work Eastern Time zone hours with a mandatory 8:00 AM ET start time • Must be located in the USA and reside in an eligible state • Visa sponsorship is not available
