Beschreibung

• Partner across business functions to identify gaps in back-office customer experience and develop/execute strategy to close the gaps across both own areas and activities managed by other functions • Work with technology partners to identify opportunities in tools and processes needed to improve delivering on time, accurate invoicing and improved time to cash • Lead team of global order processing, cash application and collections. • Identify refinements to organization structure and processes to enable best in class customer experience • Resolve customer issues and conflicts and remove recurring obstacles to company success • Develop, track and communicate key performance indicators to measure success of order management and AR functions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Revenue Operations, or a similar field including oversight of Collections • Strong analytical, problem-solving and change leadership skills • Ability to think strategically and deliver the right level of detail appropriate to the audience – to be forward thinking and ‘create the future’ of the work • Consistent track record of handling ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to build positive relationships with peers and senior leadership • Excellent communication, influencing skills and team member management, leading team in a remote first working environment supported by team based offshore for more transactional activities • Clear and effective written communication skills • Customer Experience / Customer first mindset • Have experience improving processes to drive better outcomes • Salesforce, and/or NetSuite experience highly valued • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably accounting or finance
