Beschreibung

• Identify high-impact workflows, systems, and processes across Marketing that are slow, manual, or fragmented, and rebuild them AI-natively • Own the full cycle from understanding the current state through solution design, building, shipping, measuring results, and presenting the case to leadership • Transform recurring leadership and planning narratives, including MBRs, quarterly planning summaries, budget variance write-ups, and channel performance narratives • Automate key steps in the integrated campaign launch process • Build an AI review layer for brief quality and standardization • Build portable solutions that others can adapt and extend • Develop and maintain an intake framework to evaluate feasibility and impact and prioritize work • Lead change management to drive trust, consistent use, and adoption • Evangelize AI internally through wins, case studies, and demonstrations • Create momentum around AI across Marketing • Lead the MarComms AI KR forum, surface blockers, and maintain its operating cadence • Partner with AI goal owners to unblock vendor delays and solve capability gaps

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or a closely adjacent discipline • Proven builder with a track record of impact, having shipped AI-powered workflows and processes that demonstrably changed how teams work • Ability to name the problem, describe the solution, and quantify the result • Experience applying AI beyond the scope of the current role • Hands-on daily experience with frontier AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4o, or Gemini • Ability to write prompts that produce reliable, production-quality output at scale • Experience building agentic systems, including multi-agent design, orchestration layers, and workflows that run without a human in the loop at every step • Adoption-minded approach to building and accountability for whether solutions are used • Strong communication skills for audiences from ICs to CMO-level leadership • Prioritization discipline and ability to evaluate AI candidates and build-versus-benefit tradeoffs
