Beschreibung

• Execute daily operational activities while meeting established quality and productivity expectations • Review, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness • Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend appropriate resolutions • Work with internal teams and external partners to gather information and resolve operational issues • Maintain process documentation, trackers, and supporting records • Participate in customer and internal meetings to provide status updates and discuss open items • Perform quality reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives • Assist with onboarding new customers, implementing new processes, and supporting system enhancements • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase efficiency • Build knowledge across multiple operational functions and provide cross team support as business needs evolve

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, customer support, finance, healthcare, supply chain, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues • High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work • Ability to learn new systems, business processes, and industry concepts quickly • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, sorting, and filtering • Pivot tables are a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams • Demonstrates accountability, curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
