Beschreibung

• Develop and execute an appropriate business plan to meet and exceed revenue goals in the First Citizens territory • Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients • Convert dormant clients into producing clients and acquire new business within the territory • Provide superior service and prompt execution to support advisors • Make proactive sales calls covering annuity sales concepts, sales opportunities, product information, marketing data, and sales support • Execute leadership-directed marketing activities, including webinars, e-newsletters, video messaging, carrier-sponsored events, and advisor recognition programs • Drive electronic order entry for advisors • Support business and administrative functions of the Retirement Income Consultant • Assist in filling the consultant’s calendar with appointments • Assist with advisor transactions • Resolve service issues and overcome carrier deficiencies when applicable • Deliver presentations promoting Ash Brokerage products, services, resources, and competitive advantages • Respond to inbound service and sales calls • Perform outbound call campaigns to increase sales • Maintain advisor interactions and proposed sales activity data in the contact management system

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree with major in business, finance, or a related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Resident state life and health insurance license required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire • Registered with broker dealer within 180 days of hire • Series 7 within first 12 months • Experience in annuity and securities product sales is preferred • Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred • Competitive analysis experience is preferred • Sense of urgency • Superior customer (advisor) service skills • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and mobile device usage • Occasional travel within the territory (less than 10%)
