Beschreibung

• Lead the annual budgeting process • Partner with program and department budget owners • Manage the forecasting process • Oversee the Budgeting and Forecasting team • Analyze the financial performance of programs and operations • Partner with the Accounting team • Lead budget-to-actual variance reviews • Support the CFO with board reporting • Supervise and develop the Senior Accountant

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • 8-10 years of experience • Prior experience in budgeting and forecasting for a global non-profit organization is highly preferred • Solid reporting and presentation skills preferred • Excellent computer skills; advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with accounting, budgeting, and forecasting systems • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting standards, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Previous management experience preferred • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism • Must be proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines required • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
