Beschreibung

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to sunset across multiple product areas • Drive multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with company goals and objectives • Contribute to the broader product vision and product-market fit • Define business cases for relationship-insight solutions integrating Introhive’s relationship graph into enterprise LLMs and vertical AI platforms • Own functional product specifications for MCP connectors and third-party partner integrations • Ensure data ingestion, signal exposure, and connector performance • Identify high-value workflow opportunities with clients, customer advisors, and go-to-market teams • Translate relational data into context-rich solutions for legal, accounting, and consulting workflows • Run structured validation tests for data accuracy, speed, and usefulness before engineering begins • Partner with development teams to deliver defined sprints • Orchestrate product planning, delivery execution, and launch readiness • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support on feature rollouts, adoption, documentation, and post-launch monitoring • Articulate and evangelize the product roadmap internally and externally • Own feature areas post-release, tracking adoption metrics and managing enhancements and lifecycle maintenance • Mentor product managers and contribute to product practice standards and team culture • Deliver measurable customer-centric outcomes against a defined roadmap

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS • At least 3 years at a senior or principal level owning significant portions of a solution and customer problem set • Formal or informal leadership experience • Demonstrated experience in professional services software, preferably legaltech, accounting, or consulting • Deep understanding of professional services operating models and fee-earner workflows • Working familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), LLM context window engineering, APIs, and relational graph architectures • Ability to partner with engineering on signal latency, formatting, and connector constraints • Experience translating complex, unstructured relational data into actionable AI context or GTM features • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for technical and executive audiences • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing directly with customers • Hands-on familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development • Proven cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Design • Demonstrable iterative approach to accelerating understanding and mitigating risk • Demonstrable ability to define vision and prioritize highest-value investments
