Beschreibung

• Deeply understand the users and workflows within PACE and other value-based care centers to build the best products. • Develop and execute product strategies that leverage data to drive product innovation and user satisfaction. • Develop goals and associated KPIs to understand the impact of your team’s work and iterate on launches. • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement products and features to drive value based care outcomes within PACE centers. • Engage with leadership to ensure roadmaps and strategies are supporting IntusCare goals and outcomes. • Develop high-quality documentation & artifacts to ensure clarity for cross-functional partners and stakeholders • Work closely with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales and engineering and design to ensure products meet market needs and adhere to regulatory standards. • Lead product lifecycle from conception to launch, including requirement gathering, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management. • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in a healthcare environment, preferably in a startup setting • Ability to interface directly with customers and demonstrate comfort working in an ambiguous product development phase • Proven experience working with clinical teams to build products • Comfortable collaborating effectively with engineering teams • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards successful product delivery.
