Beschreibung

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products that enable analytics, interoperability, and business insights across the enterprise • Sit at the intersection of data strategy, product management, and technology • Drive adoption of modern data platforms and ensure data products deliver measurable business value at scale • Balance strategic foresight with executional rigor, identifying emerging opportunities • Shape long-term roadmaps • Ensure delivery of data and analytics solutions that advance business goals and improve customer outcomes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field • 7+ years in product management or product management certification, with at least 3 years focused on driving data products from strategy through adoption • Experience in healthcare or adjacent regulated industries and healthcare data and analytics products • Cloud Data Platforms: Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, dbt • Data Integration: MuleSoft, APIs, batch/real-time flows • BI Tools and data visualization best practices: Power BI, dashboard design, KPI frameworks • Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data modeling concepts • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data to inform decisions • Proven ability to define product vision, create roadmaps, and manage lifecycle • Proven ability to drive adoption, retention and measurable user value • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management and sprint planning • Excellent communication, alignment and influence skills across all levels of the organization • Strong strategic, analytical and decision-making skills; ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term vision • Strong business acumen, with experience making ROI-driven prioritization decisions • Systems thinker who can zoom-in on details while keeping a strategic perspective • Curiosity, adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Leadership and mentoring of junior data product managers or analysts
