Beschreibung

• Design the Product Management/NPD operating model • Coach talent and build Product Management capability • Scale Product Management excellence across the organization • Own standard work for the Voice of Customer process, host trainings, drive adherence, and create a centralized customer insight database • Own and maintain the applications, industries, and markets framework for Precision Technologies • Establish target applications and total addressable market; review market share and identify gaps across regions, countries, and markets • Analyze won/lost funnels and document scalable wins and product gaps • Own the Ingersoll Rand Product Excellence gate process and strengthen business case approval for NPD • Own and deploy the Stage-Gate process for Product Management and Engineering organizations • Hold teams accountable to toll-gate dates and establish countermeasures for Engineering delays • Strengthen phase gate 1, 2, and 3 review processes and standard work • Drive deliverables between IRETC and regional business unit Engineering teams • Coordinate Engineering priorities across regions, global business units, and IRETC • Create structure to evaluate IRETC projects and deliverables • Liaise with approximately 50 Engineering resources in India and maintain accountability for deliverables and timelines • Identify intellectual property opportunities and technology blocks to inform patent strategy • Create and deploy a product rationalization framework • Own the product-related cybersecurity review process • Establish cybersecurity review criteria within the IRPX gate process • Create frameworks to flag, prioritize, and mitigate security risks for launched products • Create project plans and ensure on-time delivery of product security projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of Product Management experience • At least 3 years leading teams and building Product Management capability through structured mentorship • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks • Experience with product discovery techniques • Metrics-driven execution • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions • Continuous improvement mindset • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence • Strong project/program management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university • Preferred: created and launched company-wide internal training academies or product management bootcamps • Preferred: managed transitions from legacy project-based delivery models to modern, outcomes-driven product operating models
