🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, business, public health, or a related field • 10–12+ years of progressive experience in payer strategy, market access, healthcare consulting, or related fields • Deep expertise in payer contracting, reimbursement strategy, and value‑based care models across commercial and government payers • Strong financial and analytical acumen • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence
