Beschreibung

• Review supplier compliance data and understand key factors impacting operations • Implement supplier performance improvement plans to bring suppliers into compliance • Conduct supplier meetings and coaching sessions on OTD, order confirmation and ASN requirements • Serve as the first point of contact for supplier performance questions using Five9 and Oracle Service Cloud • Track performance progress against improvement plans for key suppliers • Conduct root cause analysis on supplier compliance issues and recommend process, analytics or other improvements • Liaise between suppliers and Purchasing and Parts teams when operational delays arise • Assist Purchasing with re-sourcing backordered and past due items • Assist Purchasing with match exception process escalations • Maintain cross-functional communications through regular meetings, calls and email • Identify and coordinate continuous improvement opportunities for the department

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience • 5 years of experience in the Procurement and/or Supplier Performance field • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables • Motivated self-starter with an exceptional sense of urgency, follow up and drive to get things done right the first time every time • Strong systems acumen • Knowledge of Peoplesoft ERP software and MS Office software preferred • Some holiday and weekend coverage will be required throughout the year
