Beschreibung

• Work with crews building bridges, dams, boat ramps, roads, and boardwalks throughout Wisconsin • Clean and prepare construction sites • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites while following safety guidelines and regulations • Prepare sites by clearing debris and assisting with site logistics setup • Load and unload construction materials and move them to staging areas • Operate small and medium-sized tools • Assist equipment operators by guiding materials as requested • Perform basic maintenance on small and medium-sized tools and equipment • Assist in setting up and dismantling scaffolding, forms, and/or barricades • Report site hazards or equipment issues to site supervision

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience as a laborer or in construction is preferred but not required • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including heavy lifting and long periods of standing or kneeling • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment • Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols • Basic understanding of construction plans and drawings is a bonus • Good communication skills and ability to follow directions • Valid driver’s license may be required
