Beschreibung

• Oversee quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisioning, including uncertain tax positions and related financial statement disclosures • Ensure accurate and timely completion of US group tax returns • Support the finance function for tax provisioning purposes • Lead tax planning and structuring projects • Work with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and external advisors on acquisitions, integrations, restructurings, and strategic transactions • Manage external tax advisor relationships, including scope, deliverables, budgets, and projects • Provide technical leadership on complex US federal, state, and international tax matters, including Canada and Japan • Maintain and enhance tax governance, internal controls, and SOX compliance processes • Liaise with US federal and state tax authorities and manage tax audits • Monitor US tax law changes and promote awareness of impacts on the company

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extensive US federal, state, and US international tax experience, including ASC 740 tax accounting, compliance, tax planning, and audit support • Experience managing external advisors and leading cross-functional tax projects, including M&A transactions and business integrations • Experience with the US tax code and state tax provisions • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills • Highly self-motivated, dynamic, and able to multitask • Energy and drive to work on own initiative and manage the US tax team • CPA and/or Master’s in Taxation • Must be based in the United States, specifically Pennsylvania or California
